How It Happened
The Griffins put the Panthers in an early hole with Daniel Youngblood getting hit-by-pitch, followed by Braeden Dobbs and Thomas Purschke's singles loading up the bases. Ty Kueper brought Youngblood home with a sacrifice-fly for the 1-0 lead.
Tyler Chambliss stepped in and singled to left plating Dobbs extending the lead out to 2-0. After Purschke scored on a passed ball, Matt Manint singled to center plating Chambliss for the commanding 4-0 lead.
After Greenville plated two runs in the second and another in the sixth, the Griffins still led 4-3 going into the seventh. The Panthers grabbed its first lead of the day plating two runs on three hits to own a 5-4 advantage.
In the bottom half, Ty Kueper kept the inning alive with a single to right. Reese Harris kept the inning going with an infield single moving Kueper over to third. Then, Manint came through with a single to left scoring Kueper and tying it up, 5-5.
The Griffins walked it off in the bottom of the eighth with Youngblood hitting a solo shot over the right-center wall, his seventh on the season, for the 6-5 victory.

- Ty Kueper went 3-for-3 with a run scored and one RBI.
- Matt Manint totaled a season-high three hits and brought home two RBI.
- Colby Shivers, Youngblood, Dobbs, Purschke, Chambliss, Harris, and Kameron Brooks had one hit each.
- Jake Jump got the win out of the pen tossing one inning of shutout ball.
- Nick Glaser got the start tossing 6.0 innings, allowing three runs (two earned), and sitting down four.

How It Happened
The Griffins struck early again in the first scoring three runs on two hits getting RBI from Ty Kueper and Harris.
After Greenville tied it in the top of the third, the Griffins gained the lead right back in the bottom half with Ty Kueper tallying his second RBI in the outing scoring Dobbs, who led off with a walk.
Greenville tied it once again in the fourth but Fontbonne put the game away in the bottom half. Youngblood, Dobbs (two), and Ty Kueper each recorded at least one RBI on three straight hits extending the lead out to 8-4. They added three more runs in the sixth en route to the seven-run win.

- Ty Kueper had another three-hit game going 3-for-4 with a run scored and three RBI.
- Lane Smith added two hits, a run scored and an RBI.
- Youngblood extended his hit streak out to 15 going 2-for-3 with two runs scored and one RBI.
- Carter Lee added a hit and season-high two RBI.
- Dobbs contributed one hit, two RBI, and tied his season-high with three runs scored.
- Tyson Wilson got the win going 2.2 innings out of the pen and striking out two.
