Stahlhuth Places Third Among Ninety-Four Golfers at Dubuque Invite

St. Louis-The Fontbonne University men's golf team finished in 14th place at the University of Dubuque Invitational in Dubuque, Iowa.
The Griffins shot a two-day score of 648. Fontbonne was led by freshman Mark Stahlhuth who finished in third place individually in the tournament firing a 72 on both days, just four shots over par. Junior Zane Betz finished in 59th place, shooting 85 on day one and 79 on day two. Senior Kory Carter shot a 85 the first day and 86 the second. Freshman Zach Goers recorded a 90 followed by an 85 and freshman Adam Rhoads shot an 87 and an 89.
The Griffins' next tournament will be on September 27th as they travel to the Millikin University Invite.
