Men's Golf Sits In 13th After Round One At Take Back The Night Challenge
DECATUR, Ill.— The Fontbonne University men’s golf team hit the course for just the third time this spring and they’re currently in 13th with a 37-over par 325 at the Take Back the Night Challenge.

Illinois Wesleyan owns the top team spot with an impressive round one 4-under par 284 score. Its "B" team is right behind them at even-par 288, while Parkland College shot a 5-over par 293 for third.
Individually, Matt Meneghetti (Carthage), Skylar Le Vine (Illinois Wesleyan), David Gerig (Millikin) and Rob Wuethrich (Illinois Wesleyan) are all tied for first at 2-under par 70.
Paul Henderson is within striking distance for the Griffins as he turned in his scorecard with a 4-over par 76 for 24th place. Henderson had a strong day as he compiled just six bogeys and two birdies.
Sam Kaminski also finished with one birdie, seven bogeys and a double-bogey to finish in 51st at 8-over par 80. Matt Rapasardo is three strokes behind him at 11-over par 83, while Will Pruden finished out the day with a birdie on the par five 18th to close out at 14-over par 86. Satchel Conroy, meanwhile rounded out the scoring for the Griffins with a 21-over par 93.
