CARLINVILLE, Ill.—The Fontbonne University men's soccer team got a late goal from Joe Noah to secure a 1-1 tie against the Blackburn Beavers.
The Beavers struck first in the 18th minute when Joyce Kabesa scored an unassisted goal for the 1-0 lead. Brandon O'Dell had a chance that was saved by Aidan Hamerlinck in the 41st minute keeping it a one goal game.
In the second half, the Griffins were awarded a free kick in the 75th minute. Joe Noah's shot went off a Blackburn defensive player and in for his fourth on the season. Despite both teams efforts in the final minutes, the defenses stood tall for its respective sides ending in a 1-1 tie.

- Noah's goal ties his career-high of four from a season ago.
