2013 Conference Tournament Champions bring home twenty awards
St. Louis- The Fontbonne University women's softball team won the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Tournament (SLIAC) championship, earning them a spot in the NCAA Div. III National Tournament for the fourth straight year.
The Griffins made a clean sweep in the tournament, defeating Eureka College, Spalding University and Westminster College, all in five innings, to earn their fourth straight SLIAC Tournament Championship and improve to 33-10 on the season.
