Track and Field posts multiple personal records at Illinois College

Jacksonville, Ill. - It has been personal-record mania for Track and Field this season and the Alumni Classic at Illinois College was no different. Multiple Griffins recorded new personal records with Clayton Bond setting two PR's in the 60m and 200m dashes and Taylor McGowen improving her 400m time. Rebecca Buehler took first place in her 400m PR-run but it was Gabi Cruts who took home Griffin Athlete of the Meet honors and for good reason. Cruts ran her best ever in two events, improving her time by 1.05 seconds in the 200m and then finishing fourth in the 60m with a 0.2 second improvement.

Fontbonne is back in action at the Anderson University Fred Wilt Invitational this Friday in Anderson, Ind.
