Katie Gosser, Sheldon And Murray All Set Records At The Polar Bear Invite

On the women's side, in the 60-meter dash, Katie Gosser set a new personal-best time of 8.93 to finish in sixth place. Emily Bay, meanwhile, finished right behind her in seventh with a time of 9.27.
The duo also took part in the 200-meter dash and K. Gosser shined once again with another PR time of 29.64 for fifth. Bay crossed the line at 31.56 for sixth.
In the 400-meter dash, Colleen Gosser (1:10.51) and Jaylah Jones (1:22.34) both shined as they finished in fourth and fifth place, respectively. Kayla Sheldon was the lone competitor for the Griffins in the 800-meter dash and she smashed her PR time, clocking out at 2:39.96 for sixth.
In the shot put, Sierra Moore ended in fifth with a final mark of 11.76 m, while in the weight throw, Mackenze Daniel also just missed her personal-record, finishing in sixth at 11.67 m.
On the men's side, highlighting the day went to Greih Murray. The Jefferson City, Missouri, native, set a new all-time record in the shot put with a toss of 10.86 m for eighth.
Hayden Yates competed in the 800-meter dash, ending in seventh place at 2:31.43. Jacob Dixon was the final men's competitor in the mile run and he timed out at 5:25.21.
