Jillian Venegas Earns First-Place Finish In Discus

How It Happened
On the women's side, in the discus, Jillian Venegas ended up in first place with a throw of 34.75 m. Raven Venegas had a mark of 34.55 m for second, while Moore was right behind her at 34.07 m.
Amelia Tregoning finished in seventh at 30.19 m, while Caitlyn Ulery collected a personal-record of 28.95 m.
In the javelin, Emily Bay earned herself a third-place finish with a throw of 28.36 m. Moore followed with a personal-record of 27.32 m, while Raven Venegas also hit a PR of 27.09 m for fifth place. Katie Gosser ended at 25.90 m and Tregoning finished out at 18.74 m.
On the men's side, Greih Murray led in the discus with an eighth-place finish at 29.26 m. Hayden Thompson had another personal-record of 21.54 m. In the javelin, Thompson led at 24.12 m.
The event will be back in action tomorrow morning.
