Women's Soccer Announces Its 2018 Schedule

ST. LOUIS, Mo.—The Fontbonne University women's soccer team has released its 2018 schedule and it'll include 13 home games on the slate.

The Griffins, who went 11-10 last year and advanced to the SLIAC Championship Game for the second straight year, get its 2018 campaign underway when they head off to Salem, Oregon, to take on Willamette on August 31^st.

After a trip to Portland, Oregon, on September 2^nd against Lewis & Clark, the team returns home for an eight-game stretch beginning on the 5^th against St. Louis College of Pharmacy.

They'll also take on Franklin (Sept. 7^th), Claremont-M-S (Sept. 8^th), Coe College (Sept. 15^th), Cornell College (Sept. 16^th), WashU (Sept. 19^th), St. Mary-of-the-Woods (Sept. 23^rd), and finish out against Oakland City on Sept. 26^th.

Its first taste of conference action comes on the road on the 29^th against Eureka. To begin the month of October, the Griffins open with two home games against Principia on the 2^nd and welcome Greenville on October 6^th.

The team will spend the next week on the road with trips to Spalding and Blackburn. However, they'll play its next three games at home against Westminster (Oct 17^th), Iowa Wesleyan (Oct 20^th) and MacMurray (Oct. 23^rd).

The Griffins finish out the regular season against rival Webster on the road on October 27^th before the SLIAC Tournament.
