CARLINVILLE, Ill.—The Fontbonne University women’s soccer team kept its shutout streak rolling on Wednesday with a dominating 9-0 win over Blackburn.

CARLINVILLE, Ill.—The Fontbonne University women's soccer team kept its shutout streak rolling on Wednesday with a dominating 9-0 win over Blackburn.
The scoring got started just 55.0 seconds in when Bianca Cortez-Perez scored an unassisted goal for her third on the year.
From there, the Griffins made it a 2-0 game in the ninth minute when Caitlyn Smith's cross found Alyson Carroll and she tipped in her shot past Rylee Helus.
Fontbonne made it 3-0 in the 18th minute when Haley Buscher scored for the first time this year off an assist from Krystal Kohenskey.
In the second half, the Griffins got goals from Mia Patterson, Cortez-Perez, Caitlyn Smith, Caroline Neal, Buscher, and Mia Biermann for the 9-0 victory.

- Fontbonne outshot the Beavers 42-0.
- Sam Foppe got her first collegiate win in net.
- Kohenskey's three assist performance give her 34 in career. She needs two to tie and three to become all-time leader at Fontbonne.
- Patterson's goal was her first with the Griffins.
