Rabun And Curtice Pick Up SLIAC Postseason Awards
ST. LOUIS, Mo.—The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) released the 2018 Women’s Volleyball All-Conference Team and Maura Rabun was named to the Second Team. Victoria Curtice, meanwhile, was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
ST. LOUIS, Mo.—The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) released the 2018 Women's Volleyball All-Conference Team and Maura Rabun was named to the Second Team. Victoria Curtice, meanwhile, was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
Rabun, a St. Louis, Mo., native, concluded the 2018 season with 208 kills, a team-high .261 hitting percentage, and 80 blocks.
Her .261 hitting percentage and 80 blocks rank her 10th all-time in a single season, while Rabun's 66 block assists place her fourth overall.
Curtice, a Torrance, Calif., native, is named to the All-Sportsmanship Team for the second straight year. She set a new career-high with 184 kills and 215 digs in 2018. In her career, Curtice concludes with 351 kills, a .181 hitting percentage, 274 digs, and 116 blocks in 52 matches.
