Cross Country Competes At The Larry Young Invite
COLUMBIA, Mo.—The Fontbonne University cross country teams returned to action today at the Larry Young Cross Country Invite.
COLUMBIA, Mo.—The Fontbonne University cross country teams returned to action today at the Larry Young Cross Country Invite.
On the men's side, Missouri S&T won with 72 points including earning four top-20 finishes. Lindenwood University followed in second with 102 points, while Williams Woods rounded out in third with 121.
Individually, Emad Bashir-Mohammed (Friends), won with a time of 25:34.73. Fontbonne, meanwhile, was led by KeYonn Hall-Baker finishing with a time of 36:26.40, while Cameron Clemons was right behind him at 36:29.58.
On the women's side, Columbia College took home the team title with 69 total points as they had five runs finish inside the top-25. Lindenwood followed in second with 82 points, while William Woods rounded out the top three with 91 points.
Desiree Brooks finished her race with a time of 23:31.93 for Fontbonne.
