Bio

Hall came to Fontbonne in 2011 from Avila University where he served as their Director of Athletics and Recreation since 2008. At Avila, Hall was responsible for the oversight of 40 coaches and 14 sports programs. He served as the Chair of the Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) Board of Governors.

Prior to his administrative career, Hall had an extensive basketball coaching career that includes high school, junior college, NCAA Div. II and III and NAIA experience.  Most recently, Hall served as the head basketball coach at Avila and as an assistant coach at NCAA Div. II University of West Georgia and NJCAA Hutchinson Community College.

Hall excelled as a basketball player at Utica Junior College in Utica, Mississippi and Southeast Missouri State University. In 1986, Hall’s SEMO team finished as the NCAA Div. II runner-up with a 27-7 record.  Hall’s SEMO team was inducted into the SEMO Hall of Fame in 2007. Hall was inducted into the Utica Junior College Hall of Fame in 2005.

Hall earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Southeast Missouri State University and his Masters of Arts from Central Michigan University. Hall is married with three children.
