Bio

During cross country, Alyssa was a three-time SLIAC First Team selectee in 2011, 2012, 2013. She currently holds the 4K (15:56), 5K (19:31), and 6K (22:25) records.

During track and field, Tonner holds the indoor records in 800-meter (2:32.10), mile (5:33.35) 3K (10:55.16), 5K (18:49.63), and DMR (13:50.73).

In outdoor, she's the all-time leader in the 5K (18:08.12), 1500 meter (5:00.62), and 3000 steeple chase (11:44.77).
