Men's Golf Finishes In Ninth At The Virginia McCoy Intercollegiate

PARKVILLE, Mo.—The Fontbonne University men's golf team closed out the Virginia McCoy Intercollegiate with a 145-over par 705 (358-347).
Host Park University took home the victory with a 47-over 607 (303-304). Columbia College ended up in second at 54-over par 614 (306-308), while Hannibal-LaGrange closed out in third at 56-over par 616 (308-308).
Individually, Noah Hofman (Southeast CC) shot an impressive 2-under par 138 (68-70) for the win. Fontbonne, meanwhile, was led by Paul Henderson as he shot a 20-over par 160 (80-80) for 24th place.
Satchel Conroy turned in his scorecard with a 41-over par 181 (90-91) for 47th place. Zach Tullock, meanwhile, improved his first round score by six-strokes to finish with a 42-over par 182 (94-88).
Paul Weiskopf also tied Tullock with a six-stroke improvement to finish in a tie for 48th. Pete Weiss rounded out the scoring for the Griffins with a 64-over par for 54th place.
The team returns to action this weekend at the Take Back the Night Challenge hosted by Millikin University.
