Lauren Austin earns a spot in the Fontbonne Hall of Fame after an outstanding career with the softball team (2004-2006).

She was named the 2005 SLIAC Player of the Year, 2004 and 2005 All-Conference Second Team, and 2006 All-Conference First Team.

Austin appeared in 160 games, scored 135 runs, totaled 196 hits, 40 doubles, nine triples, 16 homers, 121 RBI, 68 stolen bases, 302 total bases, .402 batting average, and a .620 slugging percentage.

She still holds the school record for most triples, she sits third for runs scored, hits, batting average, and doubles. She is ranked fourth in homeruns as well as fifth in slugging percentage.
