Faeth earned First-Team All-Conference honors in each of his three years as a Griffin. He placed in the top five at the SLIAC Tournament in each of those three years. In 2004, Faeth placed fourth in the SLIAC Tournament with a three-round score of 231 just two shot behind the winner. In 2005, Faeth placed second with a score of 232 just five shots behind the winner. In 2006, Faeth was named the SLIAC Player of the Year after winning the SLIAC Tournament with a 219.

During Faeth’s three years at Fontbonne, the Griffins won the SLIAC Championship in men’s golf in 2004 and 2006, and placed second in 2005.
