ST. LOUIS, Mo.—The Fontbonne University baseball team will travel to Principia this Tuesday for a DH. This will be the Griffins first conference game of the 2020 season.

Principia (2-11), (0-3) vs. Fontbonne (7-8), (0-0)

A Look At The Griffins

• The Griffins are coming off a 2-7 loss against Concordia Chicago. 
• The Griffins are batting .274 as a team.
• There are seven Home Runs on the season two of which belong to Senior Gus Purschke, who also leads the team in hits with 23.
• Junior Braeden Dobbs has 20 hits with five doubles and 16 RBI.
• On the mound Senior Luke Summers has 27 strike outs and two wins.
• While fellow Senior Ryan Howell has 17 strike outs and two wins of his own. 

A Look At Principia

• The Panthers are (2-11), (0-3) on their season.
• Principia is coming off a seven game losing streak.
• Perviously they lost a three game series to Spalding University.
• Sophomore Jack Adler leads the team in hits with 12 and a .300 avg.
• Freshman Mike Coyne is right behind with 10 hits on the season with five RBI.
• Senior Sean Hannan leads the team in RBI running in 10 on the season.
