ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Fontbonne University baseball team fell to University of Wisconsin-Platteville this afternoon, 12-0.
Austin Happel added two hits.
Eric Creech, Jack Wood, Nate Walker each had one hit.
Zach Williams started on the mound for the Griffins and took the loss. He pitched 4.0 innings and struck out six, while allowing eight hits and five runs.
Josh Stratton pitched 1.0 inning. He struck out one and allowed two hits and two runs.
Ethan Chance pitched 2.0 innings. He struck out two, allowing three hits and two runs.
Darren Luchetti pitched 1.1 inning. He struck out one, allowing three hits and three runs.
Tate Ramey pitched 0.2 inning and struck out one.
