ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Fontbonne University baseball team fell to Illinois College this afternoon, 10-8. The Griffins move to 4-4 on the season.
Blake Van Beers hit a homer, had four RBI, and scored one run.
Nate Walker had two RBI, one hit and one run.
Eric Creech had one hit and two runs.
Nathan Pruneau had one hit and one run.
Zach Williams pitched 2.0 innings. He struck out one while allowing three hits and three runs.
Vonner Panek 1.2 innings. He struck out one while allowing four hits and three runs.
Austin Happel pitched 2.0 innings. He struck out two while allowing three hits and two runs.
