Baseball Takes Game Two of Doubleheader Against Lyon in Senior Day
ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Fontbonne University baseball team took game two of doubleheader against Lyon. The Griffins fell 7-6 on game one in 11 innings before taking them down, 12-5. The Griffins improve to 9-17 overall and 4-4 in conference play.
Game one
- Eric Creech and Kameron Brooks each had one hit and one RBI.
- Blake Van Beers had two hits.
- Austin Happel had two hits and two runs.
- Dalton Groves had two hits and one run.
Nick Glaser pitched 5.0 innings and took the loss on the mound. He struck out four while allowing eight hits and four runs.
Josh Stratton pitched 3.0 innings. He struck out four while allowing six hits and two runs.
Camden Coleman pitched 1.0 innings. He struck out three.
TJ Schwartz pitched 2.0 innings. He struck out two while allowing two hits and one run.
