LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Fontbonne University sprint football fell to Bellarmine University this afternoon. The Griffins move to 3-3 on the season.
Bellarmine put up a 19-0 lead in the first quarter.
Temaj Taylor passed the ball to KJ Burns who scored the touchdown. The two-point conversion rush by Trevor Patton was good, 19-8.
Chris Reckel scored the touchdown after a 26-yard pass from Temaj Taylor. The two-point conversion rush by Taylor failed, 19-14.
Bellarmine scored another seven points to take the 26-14 win over Fontbonne.
The Griffins return to action at home on Thursday as they host Oakland City at 7 p.m.
