Mount Pleasant, Iowa - Fontbonne University men's basketball suffered a 108-82 loss at Iowa Wesleyan, dropping them to 3-20 on the year.
Fontbonne led 13-11 until Iowa Wesleyan scored nine straight points to hold onto the lead for the remainder of the game.
Sophomore Kris McCann scored 23 points for the Griffins, including three of six three-point attempts. Also achieving double digit points were James Wiggins and Thomas Ritter. Wiggins finished with 11 points, only missing two of seven field goal attempts. Ritter sank two treys on his way to 10 points. Jack Lake brought down 10 rebounds for Fontbonne along with eight points and two blocks.
Brock Butler scored the game-high 31 points for the Tigers on senior day.
Fontbonne will conclude their season at Webster University on Saturday at 3 p.m.
