The Griffins (6-11; 4-6 SLIAC), shot 55.2 percent from the floor, drained 10 3-pointers, forced 23 turnovers, and came away with 14 steals.
Individually, Luke DeLine registered his ninth 20-plus point game on the year finishing with a game-high 23 on 8-of-13 shooting. Carter Otwell, Jared Woodcock, and Anthony Jones were the final players in double-figures with 13 each.
Iowa Wesleyan (5-12; 3-7 SLIAC), concluded the afternoon with a 43.9 field goal percentage, but had its struggles from downtown going 3-of-21 (14.3 percent). Jarryd Fernandes and Alberto Torres were the lone players in double-digits with 11 and 10 points, respectively.
It was all Fontbonne in the first half. Offensively, the team shot 54.5 percent from the floor and totaled 13 Tigers turnovers. IWU, meanwhile, shot just 12-of-32 (37.5 percent) from the field and hit 2-of-12 from downtown.
After Torres made it 16-8 deficit at the 12:23 mark for the Tigers, the Griffins went on a 17-1 run over the next four minutes to take a commanding 33-9 lead after DeLine made both of his free throws.
The team continued its dominant play as the clock ticked away with Jones making his layup at 3:38 to extend the advantage out to 44-18. IWU closed out the final minutes on a 9-0 run but still trailed 44-27 at the break.
In the second half, the Tigers trimmed the lead down to 48-35 three and half minutes in. Fontbonne, though went on another long run, this time a 16-1 run in five minutes time to take a 64-36 advantage on Otwell's jumper. They held onto its 20-plus lead the rest of the way for the 26-point win.
The Griffins look for another key conference win at home against MacMurray on Wednesday night. Tip-off at 7:30 p.m.
