A Look At The Griffins
- The Griffins will be looking to build off its 2018-19 season where they went 10-15 overall and 8-10 in conference play.
- This season, the team was picked to finish sixth in the SLIAC Preseason Poll.
- Jared Woodcock is one of six returners after putting up 15.3 points, shooting 43.8 percent from the floor, and 36.7 percent from beyond-the-arc.
- Gus Kleekamp is back for his sophomore campaign after averaging 9.5 points and shooting 51.2 percent from the field last season.
- Noah Coddington, Caden Clark, Jalen Wadlington, and Anthony Jones are also back from last years squad.
- The team does welcome 17 newcomers to the team this year that look to push Fontbonne into postseason play.
A Look At The Eutectics
- STLCOP is coming off a 7-22 campaign in 2018-19. This year, the team does bring back its top two leading scorers in RJ Wright (19.3 ppg) and Darius Dorsey (18.0 ppg).
- The Eutectics got its 2019-20 year underway on Nov. 2nd but dropped the opener, 82-56, against Kansas Wesleyan.
- In that outing, the Eutectics shot 29.8 percent from the floor.
- Jordan Anderson led all scorers with a game-high 17 points on 5-of-11 shooting.
