A Look At The Griffins

• The Griffins are coming off a tough 155-149 (OT) loss against Greenville on Saturday. The team shot an astounding 63.5 percent from the floor and dished out a season-high 45 assists.
• Anthony Jones led all scorers with a game and career-high 47 points. He tied the single-game record at Fontbonne with in points as he joins Jeff Branson (1995-96) and Steven King (2001-02).
• Despite the loss, the Griffins have won six out of its last eight.
• Offensively, they're scoring 94.6 points and shooting 48.8 percent from the floor during that stretch. Defensively, they're allowing 93.1 points and a 45.3 field goal percentage.
• Jones leads all scorers with a team-high 24.3 points per game in his last eight. He's shooting 57.1 percent from the field and 82.6 percent from the free throw line.
• Jared Woodcock averages 12.9 points on a 51.3 field goal percentage, while Jalen Wadlington is right behind him at 10.8 points per game.
• After setting a new career-high with 23 points against Greenville, Caden Clark upped his average to 10.3 points in his last eight. He's also handed out a team-best 4.25 assists per game.

• Since falling against Greenville back on December 7^th, the Gorloks have won nine out of its last 10. The team is coming off an impressive 126-78 win over MacMurray on Saturday.
• On the year, the Gorloks rank seventh in the SLIAC averaging 80.7 points per game, however, they rank first in field goal percentage (48.4), opponent points per game (76.1), opponent field goal percentage (42.3), third in 3-point percentage (35.4), opponent 3-point percentage (34.5), and fourth in rebounds per game (40.8).
• Individually, Josh Johnson leads the offense with his 18.4 point per game average. He's a threat from all over the floor shooting 44.1 percent from the field, 42.0 percent from beyond-the-arc, and 82.9 percent from the free throw line.
• Rodson Etienee averages 16.1 points and ranks second in the SLIAC with a 62.0 field goal percentage.
• Enrique Tankins puts up 13.9 points per game, while Wynee Brown, Jr., is the final plater in double-figures averaging 10.5 per contest.
