How It Happened
After Webster trailed 15-14 at the 13:00 minute mark, the Griffins went on a 14-2 run over the next five minutes and 15 seconds to lead 28-17 on Elijah Rice's layup.
At the 3:36 mark, the Griffins expanded its lead out to 42-23 on Noah Coddington's made jumper and they maintained that double-digit lead into the locker room on top, 46-30.
Fontbonne shot an impressive 58.8 percent from the floor in the first and were led by Anthony Jones' 18 points on 6-of-8 shooting.
The Griffins offense stayed hot into the second half with Trenton Eckert making his layup at 11:22 to give Fontbonne a commanding 64-43 lead.
With the team shooting 47.2 percent from the floor in the second half and its defense holding Webster to a mere 32.0 field goal percentage the Griffins were able to cruise towards its 37-point win.

- Fontbonne shot a season-high 52.9 percent from the floor and dished out a season-high 25 assists.
- Webster was held to a 39.6 field goal percentage and just five assists.
