ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Kaden Augustine posted a double-double in Fontbonne's season-opener 110-102 loss to Harris-Stowe on Monday evening. The Griffins are 0-1 on the season.
Five Griffins scored double-digits.
Augustine went 8-for-13 from the field with 21 points and pulled down 13 boards with seven coming from the offensive end.
Charles Nelson and Jordan Lewis each scored 19 points. Lewis added five assists and three steals. Nelson had three boards and three steals.
Casey Crowley had a team-high 26 points, going 8-for-12 from the field and 2-for-4 from the foul line.
Kendall Horton scored 16 points with three three-pointer and six field-goals.
The Griffins shot 63 percent from the free-throw line.
