Men's Golf starts season at Tim Kopka Memorial Tournament
West Dundee, Ill. - Fontbonne men's golf began their 2015 fall season at the Tim Kopka Memorial Tournament hosted at Randall Oaks Golf Club by Carthage College.
Fontbonne finished day one with a 322 and on day two shot 317. Fontbonne ended the weekend +71 and 15th out of 19 teams.
Sophomore Michael Kanan shot eight over par, the best for the Griffins. Kanan finished tied for 22nd place. The Chesterfield, Mo. native shot 78 on his first day and 72 on day two. Will Pruden, Bryan Easton, Zach Goers and Zach Tullock rounded out the Griffins' team score. Sam Kaminski participated as an individual at the event.
