Men's Golf Finishes In 18th At The Illinois Wesleyan Invite
NORMAL, Ill.—The Fontbonne University men’s golf team finished in a tie for 18th place today at the Illinois Wesleyan Invite scoring a 63-over par 639 (321-318).
NORMAL, Ill.—The Fontbonne University men's golf team finished in a tie for 18th place today at the Illinois Wesleyan Invite scoring a 63-over par 639 (321-318).
Host Illinois Wesleyan won hitting a 6-over par 582 (283-299). Aurora University and Webster tied for second place at 28-over par.
Individually, Will Hocker (Webster) won hitting a 4-under par 140 (67-73). Cody McKinney led Fontbonne tying for 25th place at 9-over par 153 (77-76). Paul Henderson totaled a 16-over par 160 (81-79).
Carson King also improved his first round score by two strokes ending at 18-over par 162 (82-80). Lake Deppe scored a 25-over par 169 (81-88), while Cole Deppe followed at 27-over par 171 (88-83).
