Fontbonne Men's Golf Finishes In Sixth At Take Back The Night Challenge
DECATUR, Ill.— The Fontbonne University men’s golf team finished in sixth place at the Take Back the Night Challenge shooting a 66-over par 642 (316-326).
DECATUR, Ill.— The Fontbonne University men's golf team finished in sixth place at the Take Back the Night Challenge shooting a 66-over par 642 (316-326).
Parkland College won hitting a 16-over par 592 (294-298). Carthage College ended in second place at 41-over par 617 (307-310).
Individually, Kegan Niles (Parkland) won hitting a 1-over par 145 (74-71). Cody McKinney improved his first-round score by two-strokes moving up 12 spots ending in a tie for ninth at 8-over par 152 (77-75).
Carson King shot a 13-over par 157 (78-79) for 19th place, while Paul Henderson finished in 24th hitting a 15-over par 159 (77-82).
Cole Deppe totaled a 31-over par 175 (84-91), while Lake Deppe shot a 33-over par 177 (87-90).
Up Next
The Griffins are back on the course Monday and Tuesday at the SLIAC Championship held in Louisville, Ky.
