MONTGOMERY, Ind.—The Fontbonne University men's golf team finished out its first tournament of the year in sixth place scoring a 38-over par 614 (304-310).

Campbellsville cruised to victory hitting a 4-over par 580 (292-288). Danville Area Community College ended in second at 21-over par 597 (300-297), while St. Mary-of-the-Woods followed at 24-over par 600 (296-304).

Individually, Jonathan Brewington (Campbellsville) won scoring a 2-under par 142 (70-72). Cody McKinney led Fontbonne finishing tied for third at 1-over par 145 (71-74).

Lake Deppe earned a top-20 finish ending in 19th at 9-over par 153 (75-78). Alex Kueker (79-79) and Cole Deppe (79-79) both tied for 35th at 14-over par 158.

Adam Cash scored a 20-over par 164 (83-81) for 53rd. Drake Vogel improved his first-round score by 10 strokes ending at 24-over par 168 (89-79). JP Ruble rounded out his weekend at 28-over par 172 (89-83) also improving his first-round score by six strokes.
