Mequon, Wis. - Fontbonne men's lacrosse is still searching for their first win of the season after falling 26-6 to Midwest Lacrosse Conference foe, the Concordia Wisconsin Falcons.
Fontbonne only trailed 7-2 after the first quarter but the Falcons opened up on their prey, shutting the Griffins out in the second quarter while scoring 10 goals. The Griffins were able to notch two goals in each of the final two quarters.
Blake Minchew scored on his only two tries of the game. Marcus Seale also tallied two goals while Brian Nguyen and Evan Johnson recorded one goal each. Johnson's goal is his first ever golden egg.
Fontbonne will travel to Beloit College Wednesday for a 4 p.m. contest before returning to St. Louis for their final two games of the season.
