Castro And Dierker Pick Up SLIAC Awards

ST. LOUIS, Mo.—The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) released the 2019 Men's Soccer All-Conference Team at the conclusion of the SLIAC Championship.

Andres Castro, a Farmington, Mo., native, earns SLIAC All-Conference Third Team honors for the second straight season. The senior compiled one goal and two assists on the year for four points. He closes out his Fontbonne career with 74 games played, seven goals and six assists for 20 points.

Jason Dierker, meanwhile, was named to the SLIAC All-Sportsmanship Team for the first time in his career. The Fenton, Mo., native, set new career-highs in games played (18) and starts (seven) this year.
