SLIAC Men's Soccer Semifinal Preview: No. 5 Fontbonne at No. 1 Webster

ST. LOUIS, Mo.—After picking up a 2-1 road win at No. 4 Blackburn, the No. 5 seed Fontbonne University men's soccer team looks for another road victory at No. 1 Webster in the SLIAC Semifinals.

Fontbonne (7-10; 6-8 SLIAC) at Webster (17-1-1; 13-0-1 SLIAC)

A Look At Fontbonne

• The Griffins advanced to the SLIAC Semifinals for the second straight season after getting goals from Trent Calvert and Zack Lyeki in the 2-1 win over Blackburn.
• On the year, they've scored 38 goals led by Zack Lyeki with a career-high six. Tanner Harris and Calvert have five each.
• Jared Lyeki and Joe Noah are tied with four.
• In goal, Dominic Haggard has made 61 saves thus far and owns a 2.14 goals against average.
• The Gorloks won both games against Fontbonne in the regular season winning 2-1 (Sept. 25^th) and 1-0 (Oct. 13^th)
• Fontbonne will look to advance to the SLIAC Championship for the first time since 2014.
• Fontbonne and Webster met last spring in the SLIAC Semifinals with Webster winning 1-0 in double overtime.

A Look At Webster

• The Gorloks won the SLIAC Regular Season Title for the second straight season after going unbeaten in conference play.
• They've scored 66 goals on the year and allowed just nine in 19 games.
• Aamahn Murvin leads the SLIAC with 14 goals and eight assists for 36 points.
• Mark Moore is second on the team with 10 goals and six assists for 26 points, while Carlos Llamas has nine goals and 20 points.
• In net, Matt Coffey has a .864 save percentage and a 0.41 goals against average.
