ST. LOUIS, Mo.—The Fontbonne University men's soccer team finished out its trip to Mississippi with a 1-1 tie against Millsaps.
Millsaps struck early in the first half getting a goal from MC Dowdy in the sixth minute. It remained a one goal deficit for the Griffins up until the 42nd minute.
Joe Noah won a loose ball just outside the box and he blasted his shot past Michael Hamauei for his third goal on the season.
In the second half, the Griffins kept the pressure coming with Kaleb Wilson and Ian Steinkamp each testing Hamauei in the first seven minutes. Fontbonne held a 5-3 shot advantage in the second half, but neither team was able to break the tie.

- The Griffins finished with eights shots in the game.
- Noah, Owen Gober, and Brandon O'Dell tied with two each.
- Blake Hinerman got his first start in net and made four saves.
