Rothstein Named To The MCVL All-Conference First Team
ST. LOUIS, Mo.— The MCVL released its All-Conference selections today and Fontbonne University men’s volleyball libero, Zach Rothstein, earned First Team honors.
ST. LOUIS, Mo.— The MCVL released its All-Conference selections today and Fontbonne University men's volleyball libero, Zach Rothstein, earned First Team honors.
Rothstein, an Evergreen Park, Ill, native, had a career-year on the court for the Griffins. In 27 games, he compiled a career-high 57 assists and 331 digs, which is a single-season record as well.
He was named MCVL Defensive Player of the Week three times and closed out with 3.64 digs per set, ranking him first nationally and in conference play. As a team, the Griffins finished atop the rankings in digs per set (12.58).
