ST. LOUIS, Mo.—The Fontbonne University men’s volleyball team won its fifth out of its last six with a sweep over Wabash. Prior to the game, the Griffins honored seniors Cameron Graves, Braden Woolsey, Parker Maue, Kolin Scharnhorst, Tony Brooks, Nate Paasch, and Kyler van Rossum-O’Connell.

Set Notes
Set 1: The Griffins opened with a 12-6 lead in the first and dominated throughout going on for the 25-17 win. Fontbonne totaled 14 kills on 27 swings in the first for a .481 hitting percentage.
Ryan Lively led with five kills on seven swings for a .714 hitting percentage. Nate Paasch and Joseph Huster contributed three kills each.
Set 2: It was another strong start from Fontbonne taking a 12-3 lead on a kill from Braden Woolsey. It was another impressive offensive performance from the Griffins going on for the 25-17 victory.
Fontbonne had a match-high 17 kills and were led by Woolsey and Huster having four kills each. Woolsey earned a perfect 1.000 hitting percentage.
Set 3: The Griffins held the lead throughout owning a 16-9 advantage and despite the Little Giants making things interesting late, the Griffins held on for the 25-20 win.
