February 19, 2015
St. Louis, Mo. - Sophomore guard Emmie Haring (Ballwin, Mo./St. Joseph's Academy) recorded five assists in last night's 70-65 loss to Westminster College. Haring has now accumulated 131 assists in 23 games this season, breaking a 24-year-old record set by Kim Kutis (130 assists) during the 1990-1991 season.
Prior to last night's game, the sophomore was ranked 11th among NCAA Division III players in assists per game and has been in among the top 12 consistently throughout the season.
Fontbonne has just two more regular season contests left as Haring looks to increase her record.
