Jordan earns SLIAC Player of the Week accolades

St. Louis, Mo. - Fontbonne women's basketball freshman Jessica Jordan got a good start to the week. The forward earned St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week honors for this week after recording her first career double-double on Saturday.

Jordan, a St. Louis, Mo./Hazelwood Central native scored 20 points and brought in 11 rebounds against Knox College. She also added two steals, an assist and a block while knocking down 9-of-14 shots in 25 minutes on the court. 

The Griffins are back in action with their home and conference opener this Wednesday, December 2nd as they take on Blackburn College at 6 p.m.
