ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Fontbonne University women's basketball team dropped a nail-biter game against Mississippi University for Women this afternoon, 68-62. The Griffins move to 0-8 on the season and 0-3 in SLIAC play.
Freshman Genesis Rhodes recorded a double-double with 12 points and 16 rebounds.

19 – Ja'mise Bailey had a team-high 19 points, going 8-for-19 from the field and 2-for-2 from the free-throw line.
16 – Genesis Rhodes pulled down 16 boards with 11 coming from the defensive end. She also added 12 points to post her first double-double of the season.
