Women’s Golf Selected to Finish Sixth in SLIAC Preseason Poll

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The Fontbonne University women's golf team were selected to finish sixth in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Coaches' Preseason Poll, announced the conference office Monday afternoon. 

The Griffins received 62 points in the poll. 

"With the hire of John Siener as our new women's golf coach, we look forward to continuing to move this program forward," said Director of Athletics Danielle Doerfler. "Our small group of returners are dedicated to competing and representing us well this year in a competitive SLIAC women's golf conference. Go Griffins!" 

Grace Rogers and Lexi Moore will be returning for the Griffins.

Four-time defending champion Grinnell College received 121 points for the first place.
