Head Coach Prater Thoughts
"It's always good to find competition with other wrestlers than ourselves. Both teams are diligently finding ways to get better and it may not show in the win column, however, they won some positions we were not able to win last week. We know it's a process that will continue all the way until regionals and I'm proud of the effort our teams are giving on a daily basis. Slowly we are building a solid foundation that they can be proud of the results."
"Micah Dennis has stepped up his maturity on the mat and we're excited about his growth in wrestling this season as compared to last season. He's wrestling well in alot of positions and is becoming a vocal leader for our team. I'm also excited about our six freshman in the lineup, four men, and two women getting their first season of college wrestling under their belts."

The Griffins are back in action next Saturday at the Lindenwood Open.
