Women's soccer earns #4 seed in SLIAC Tourney

The Fontbonne University women's soccer team has earned the #4 seed in the upcoming St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Tournament.

The Griffins will play at #1 seed Webster University on Thursday night at 6 pm (Fenton Soccer Park). The other semifinal features #2 seed Greenville College and #3 seed  Principia College. The championship game is scheduled for Saturday at a time and location to be determined. The winner of the SLIAC Tournament will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Div. III National Soccer Tournament.

This marks the sixth straight year the Griffins have qualified for the SLIAC Tournament. Fontbonne's 10 wins is currently tied for third most in program history.
