How It Happened
Fontbonne Women's Soccer held up a good defence not letting the Panthers take a single shot in tonights game, while the Griffins managed to get 13 shots on frame including two goals. Sophomore Caroline Neal scored her first goal at the 36th minute assisted by Junior Molly Kovarik. During the second half Neal scored her second and the final goal of the night unassisted at the 55th minute to later give the Griffins the win. Principia's Goalkeeper Hannah Hathaway covered the net all 90 minutes saving 11 shots while allowing two goals.
