ST. LOUIS, Mo.—The Fontbonne University women's tennis team closed out its regular season with a tough 8-1 defeat against Greenville.
In doubles action, the duo of Mariana Rogers and Jordan Sampson improved to 3-2 on the season after an 8-4 win over Emma Wieland and Bailey Pearce. However, the Panthers took the next two matches to take a 2-1 lead.
In singles action, the Griffins gave everything they had but it was Greenville coming away with the 8-1 victory.
