Women's Volleyball Looks To Get Back On Track Against Blackburn

CARLINVILLE, Ill.—The Fontbonne University women's volleyball team looks to halt its five-game slide and pick up its third conference victory against Blackburn. First-serve goes up at 7 p.m.

A Look At The Griffins

• The Griffins (2-9; 2-6 SLIAC) dropped both of its matches against MacMurray and Eureka at the MacMurray Quad this past weekend.
• On the season, the Griffins have totaled 463 kills, 11.02 kills per set, a .133 hitting percentage, 572 digs, and 64 blocks.
• Individually, Maura Rabun leads with 106 kills and a SLIAC best .338 hitting percentage. She also paces them defensively with 36 blocks.
• Kristina Eason is second with 101 kills, while handing out 70 assists. Defensively, she's accumulated 71 digs and 22 blocks.
• Setter Megan Schaller has totaled 195 assists, while Sarah Borgerding owns a team-high 124 digs.
• The Griffins have won the last 34 matches against Blackburn.

A Look At The Blackburn Beavers

• The Beavers (3-9; 3-4 SLIAC), have fallen in four of its last five matches. Its lone victory came on September 21^st in a five-set win over Spalding.
• On the season, the Beavers have totaled 423 kills and a .140 hitting percentage.
• Senior Kendall Knop leads on the outside with 123 kills.
• Setter Kndall Burleyson averages 6.57 assists per set and currently is on top with 0.64 service aces per set.
• Defensively, Annika Ochs has a slight edge with a team-high 143 digs. Knop is right behind her at 142.
