Gallagher And Werner-Click Named To First Team, Three Others Earn All-Conference

Hannah Gallagher and Ella Werner-Click were named to the First Team. Kristen Kaempfe and Emma Pramik collected Second Team honors, while Jadyn Fitzgerald earned Third Team. Kelly Herr was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
Gallagher, a St. Peters, Mo., native, earns her second career First Team award. The St. Peters, Mo., native, found plenty of success against conference foes with 128 kills and a .165 hitting percentage. Defensively, she's second on the team with 159 digs.
On the year, Gallagher has 185 kills, a .145 hitting percentage, 32 service aces, and 209 digs.
Werner-Click collects her first All-Conference First Team award. The Springfield, Mo., native, averages a SLIAC best 8.72 assists per set thus far. She's added 184 digs and 44 kills. In conference play, Werner-Click averages 9.39 assists per set.
Kaempfe, a Perryville, Mo., native, is on the Second Team for second straight year. Through 20 matches, Kaempfe has 194 kills, a .181 hitting percentage, and a career-high 42 blocks. In 13 conference games, Kaempfe has a team-high 142 kills, to go along with her .240 hitting percentage and team-high 30 blocks.
Pramik, a Creve Coeur, Mo., native, moves up to the Second Team after being on Third Team last year. The senior defensive specialist has 340 digs on the season and became the 10th player in program history to reach 1,000 career digs. She leads the Griffins defensively in conference play with 197 digs.
Fitzgerald, an Oates, Mo., native, earns her third straight All-Conference award. Fitzgerald has 174 kills on the season and owns a career-best .198 hitting percentage. She's third on the team in kills in conference action with 120, while ranking second behind Kaempfe with a .220 hitting percentage.
Herr, a Kirkwood, Mo., native, is named to the All-Sportsmanship Team for the first time in her career. She's accumulated 21 kills and six blocks.
