CARLINVILLE, Ill. – The Fontbonne University women's volleyball team defeated Lyon College in five sets and swept Blackburn College. The Griffins improve to 11-6 overall and 6-1 in SLIAC play.
Game One - The Griffins defeated Lyon: 19-25, 23-25, 25-22, 25-23, 15-8.

The Griffins host Greenville on Tuesday, Oct. 10. First serve is set for 7 p.m. It will be their Dig Pink game to help raise money for a great cause. All proceeds will go to The Side-Out Foundation to help fund treatments for patients battling breast cancer. They will be selling shirts, holding 50-50 raffles, and silent auction.
