Cross Country Runs At The Border War College Championships
ELSAH, Ill.—The Fontbonne University cross country teams returned to the course today at the Border War College Championship held at Principia.
ELSAH, Ill.—The Fontbonne University cross country teams returned to the course today at the Border War College Championship held at Principia.
Lindenwood led on the women's side with 35 points for the victory. Drury and Missouri S&T tied for second with 60 points.
Individually, Najwa Chouati (Lindenwood) won crossing the line at 18:15.64. Desiree Brooks, meanwhile, ended in 46th place with a time of 24:12.48.
On the men's side, Drury edged out Missouri S&T totaling 49 points, while the Miners edged out Lindenwood for second with 56 points.
Louis Moreau (Lindenwood) picked up the victory for the Lindenwood Lions finishing at 25:29.26. KeYonn Hall-Baker led Fontbonne with a time of 36:23.9. Cameron Clemons was right behind Hall-Baker with a time of 36:28.4.
Ian Cordell ended the 8K at 38:14.2, while Brandon Schmiedeskamp closed out his day with at time of 39:10.8.
